Nothing on a series card tells you whether it is a 12 or a 30-token series before you open it. The calculator and the category pages do.

Premium, in tokens

Premium includes 100 tokens a month, shared with everything else on Candy AI: images, video, voice. Spent on Shorts alone, it stretches to eight standard episodes, or three from the Creators collection. These are the billing options on Candy's plan screen on 9 October 2026:

BillingPriceCharged
12 months$3.99 a month$47.88 once a year
3 months$8.99 a month$26.97 every quarter
1 month$9.99 the first monththen $13.99 a month
Every 2 weeks$9.79every two weeks
Weekly$5.60every week

The yearly plan is the cheapest per month and renews at the same price. The one-month plan is the trap: $9.99 to start, $13.99 from the second month. The charge shows on a card statement as EverAI.

On candyshorts.com: a membership instead

Candy's Shorts-only site sells the same three terms under a different name. Past the free episodes it shows a "Join Membership" screen: $3.99 a month billed $47.88 a year, $8.99 a month billed $26.97 a quarter, or $13.99 a month, with no discounted first month. Logged out, no per-episode token price appears anywhere on that site.

The sales pitch talks about unlimited stories. The terms on candyshorts.com, revised at the end of September, are more cautious: each subscription comes with a set allowance of episodes and tokens, and anything beyond it is paid for in tokens. Payments go through Candy.ai, the charge reads EverAI, and refunds are discretionary: within 24 hours, card payments only, and only if nothing has been streamed.

Three worked examples

Three standard series. 108 tokens: more than one month of Premium covers, so you'd need a small token pack on top.

One Creators series. 90 tokens: one month of Premium, with ten tokens left over.

The longest series. 384 tokens for My bestie betrayed me: almost four months of Premium's allowance, or about $38.40 in packs.

12 tokens on 122 of the 135 open series, 30 on the 13 Candy Creators series. The first two episodes of each series are free.
How much is a token in dollars?
Roughly ten cents, if packs still sell at $9.99 for 100. We rely on outside reporting for that number: the token shop needs a login.

How many tokens would the entire catalogue take?
6,654 tokens for every paid episode in the 135 open series, about $665.
