Candy Shorts reviews, fact-checked
Read three Candy Shorts reviews and you get three different catalogues: 114 series, about 130, 119. Somebody is wrong, or out of date. We took four of the most visible reviews and checked every hard claim in them against what Candy showed on 9 October 2026.
The reviews we checked
- Robo Rhythms, dated 27 September 2026
- Dating Droid, dated 11 July 2026
- Best AI Shorts, dated 1 October 2026
- AI Miracle, dated 6 October 2026, data from 29 September
We chose them because they show up for "candy shorts review" and "candy ai shorts" searches. Being dated isn't a fault in itself: Candy adds series most days. Where a figure was plausible for its publication date we say "out of date", not "wrong".

What they all get right
The prices. Every review agrees on 12 tokens for a standard episode and 30 for a Creators one, and the ones that list Premium prices have them right. If you only need to know what an episode costs, any of them will do.
What most of them get wrong
The account question. Some say both free episodes need no account, some say episode 2 needs Premium. The real answer depends on the site: on candyshorts.com both free episodes run without a login; on candy.ai episode 1 does and the second episode requires a free sign-in and nothing more.
Episode length. "A few minutes" is a long way from the 1:10 average we measured from the video files. The longest episode 1 in the catalogue runs 1:58.
The size of the catalogue. Counts range from 114 to about 130. We counted 148: 135 open to anyone and 13 behind the signup wall.
The two sites. candyshorts.com is not a lookalike: its terms name EverAI, the company behind Candy AI, and it shows the same open series. Only one of the four reviews mentions it.
Our own verdict, briefly
Candy Shorts is a genuine feature of a product run by a registered company, and it sells exactly what it shows: very short adult drama, priced per episode. The free tier is generous and the per-episode prices are clear once you open a series. The weak points are the ones the reviews blur: pricing that varies by series with no warning on the card, and a free tier that now asks for an account sooner than many guides say.
